Color customization is available after data loading only.
Once the 'Load' button (above) clicked, you will be automatically redirected to Prostar home page. The dataset will be accessible within Prostar interface and processing menus will be enabled. However, all importing functions ('Open MSnset', 'Demo data' and 'Convert data') will be disabled (because successive dataset loading can make Prostar unstable). To work on another dataset, use first the 'Reload Prostar' functionality from the 'Dataset manager' menu: it will make Prostar restart with a fresh R session where import functions are enabled.

Due to some instability of cache memory when successively opening several datasets in a Prostar session, data management has been simplified. To work on another dataset than the current one, reloading Prostar first is now necessary (with the button above). It will restart Prostar with a fresh R session where import menus are enabled 'Dataset manager' menu.
If you encounter an issue with Prostar, you can send an email to the maintainer so he will have sufficient informations to start identify the problem. In addition, you can add the MSnset as an attachment to the mail.
